Information on HEP Warranties
For new units, you get a 10 year parts warranty from the manufacturer, and you can purchase the 10 year labor warranty. There is a one-year warranty on HEP repairs. If we replace a part like a compressor, there is a one-year warranty on the part. If we only put refrigerant in your unit, there is no warranty. Amanas have a lifetime warranty (lifetime of the product on the market, not the consumer)
