- 10-Year Guarantee: This is our guarantee for most major installations like air conditioners, water heaters, etc. Many products we install include a LIFETIME manufacturer’s warranty.
Punctuality: We can usually narrow when we will arrive at your house by about 3 hours and always call when we’re on our way so you don’t have to take an entire day out of work.
Credit Cards & Free Financing: For your convenience, HEP takes Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Paypal, and Money Orders. We also offer free financing.
